We love the beautiful charcuterie boards here, they are our absolute favorite! As for the starters and main dishes there’s a wide variety for differing palates, you really can’t go wrong with any of them.  For the kids, there’s a good selection of filling entree options as well.  My girls really enjoyed the noodles.   

Tip: Get on the Yelp waitlist or go early to put your name down, wait times can get pretty long. The seating area indoors feels a bit tight so I usually like to sit outdoors.

Loved the miniature golf activity at CP Burger. It's a great incentive for the kids to finish their meals so they can play. So perfect for our kids since Whitney is always a slow eater and Erin simply cannot sit still.

If you happen to visit CP Burger in Aspen’s chilly months, you’ll be lucky enough to see Aspen’s only outdoor skating rink. In the summer, this rink becomes a mini-golf park. When in season, CP Burger offers miniature golf for $16 per person, a perfect family friendly activity for the kids in Aspen.
The food is a bit more budget friendly here compared to its neighbors. There’s large juicy burgers and fries, limited indoor seating, but plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the crisp mountain air. The burgers were tasty and so filling.

We ate at the J-Bar at Hotel Jerome multiple times because of its’ convenience in location and delicious food. The mood is casual and laid back, perfect for some potential rowdy little ones.
Erin loves salmon, so it was a perfect choice on the J Bar menu, so delicious.

Open for lunch and dinner, J-Bar features dishes more elevated than your typical bar bites dining.  If you are looking to eat a late dinner, it does stay open until 11PM Sundays-Wednesdays and midnight Thursdays-Saturdays.

Paradise Bakery features a great gelato selection, fresh pastries and coffee drinks. It’s more of a place to pick up a light breakfast or dessert during the day. I really liked grabbing coffee here in the morning and heading over to the park to have the kids play.
So much gelato to choose from! Got two scoops and asked for an extra cup since it was cheaper than getting two separate one scoop. Whitney went with the Mint Chocolate Chip and I got the Blueberry Yogurt.

The Crepe Shack is great for breakfast or lunch and so kid-friendly. They have a nice selection of sweet and savory crepes—all very filling. I really enjoyed the Parisienne and the Plain Jane. I wish I could have tried more, there really was so much to choose from and something for everyone.
Crepe was so good I couldn't wait to get a bite. Got the Boulder for myself, Plain Jane and Brown Sugar crepes for the girls. The girls probably could have shared one, we definitely over ordered.

If you are feeling fancy and luxuriously adventurous, try out their Premium Selection Crepes like the Aspenite AKA Bougie (caviar, smoked salmon, eggs) or the Peking Duck.
We loved eating at the tables outside by the park. We were able to eat a quick breakfast here on our way to the gondola.

Poppycock's Cafe

Poppycock’s is a small restaurant catered more for breakfast and brunch. They have a small area for outdoor seating and they are located right next to the cutest toy shop (my kids always like going by after breakfast or lunch). Poppycock’s is a great choice if you are looking for traditional breakfast items and very family friendly. Try their famous Oatmeal Buttermilk Pancakes.
